This naturally processed Ethiopian med-light roast offers a smooth, distinctive cup with notes of milk chocolate, fruit, and caramel. Grown by smallholder farmers in Ethiopia’s Sidama Zone, its indigenous heirloom coffee cherries are hand-sorted and dried on raised beds to develop their naturally sweet, layered character.
